How to Check Oracle CRS Version
  1. The active version or the software version of Cluster (CRS) can be verified with following commands. These versions details are required while upgrading a cluster.
  2. To check the Active Version
    Run the following command on the local node.

    srv0dbx01 | ORA1020 | /export/home/oracle
    > crsctl query crs activeversionCRS active version on the cluster is [192.16.9.31]Note: The active version is the lowest software version running in a cluster.
  3. To check the Software VersionRun the following command on the local node.
srv0dbx01 | ORA1020 | /export/home/oracle> crsctl query crs softwareversionCRS software version on node [srv0dbx01] is [192.168.9.31]Note: The software version is the binary version of the software on a particular cluster node.
