HA/DRS/Vmotion Info 

1.  HA restarts VMs from failed host on remaining. 
2.  VMotion allows you mmigrate VM from one live host to another without downtime. 
3.  DRS balances load on different hosts using VMotion.

4.  Vmotion allows you to migrate a running VM on shared storage from one host to another 
5. DRS allows you to load balance hosts by Vmotioning  VMs from a busy host to another 
6.  HA provides fault tolerance by starting VMs on another running host when a cluster host fails 

How to Launch/Open Console in vCenter 5.1.  with  VMware Client Integration Plug-in

1. Go to vcenter via browser and locate VM you want to open Console (any VM will do) 
2. Right-click On VM > All vCenter Actions > Guest OS > Download the Client Integration Plug In 
3. Download the VMware Client Integration Plug-in-5.1.0.exe file and close all browsers 
4. Double-click the downloaded file to Install the VMware Client Integration Plug-in-5.1.0 
5. Follow Prompts to Install 
6. Once installation completes, login to vCenter via Broswer, locate VM, right-click > Open console
